OUR STORY
City Contracting was established in 1995 as a licensed building contractor in Dubai. For years we delivered structural construction across the city, always focused on doing things right, not just fast.
By 2016 we were managing full villa execution, handling everything from structure to final fit-out with complete control over quality and timelines.
In 2020, after twenty-five years of site experience, we refined the model. We now accept only a few select projects per year, projects that meet our standards and allow us to dedicate full attention to every detail. For clients, that means fewer risks, tighter coordination, and clearer expectations.
We don't overpromise. We don't disappear.
That is why most of our clients come through referrals and why they trust us to deliver exactly what was agreed.
What we stand for

City Contracting LLC is founded in Dubai as a licensed building contractor focused on structural work.
The team begins handling complex villa and commercial projects from shell to completion across the UAE.
Scope expands to full interior fit-out, structure and finishes under one contract, ready for handover.
After twenty-five years, the company chooses to focus solely on high-end work, two to three carefully selected jobs a year.
