Telal Hotel, located in the heart of Tecom, underwent a lobby transformation to elevate its first impressions and guest experience. Our mission was to bring warmth, elegance, and identity to the space while ensuring functionality and durability for high-footfall areas.

Scope of Work:

Lobby fit-out including wall cladding and ceiling work
Custom-made reception counters with premium marble and metal detailing
Lounge furniture customization and styling
Lighting design and decorative installation
Feature wall paneling and art placement
Coordination with MEP for concealed systems

The result is a welcoming and refined hotel lobby that blends visual impact with comfort. Rich materials, layered textures, and clean lines create a lasting impression that reflects the hotel’s upscale positioning and hospitality standards.
