A large-scale hospitality project in the heart of Dubai Marina, delivered as a full transformation from structure to final handover. City Contracting took the property through a complete renovation, coordinating every discipline under one team so the work moved on a single programme rather than a chain of subcontractors.

The scope spanned structural and civil works, a full in-house MEP package, and a complete interior fit-out, with bespoke joinery and furniture bringing the guest-facing spaces to their finished standard. Project management held programme and quality together throughout, and the property was tested, commissioned, and handed over ready to operate.
