A private villa in Jumeirah Village Triangle, taken through a major transformation and delivered in just five months, a fast turnaround for a scope this complete.

City Contracting handled the full renovation in-house: structural and civil works, the complete MEP package, and a full interior fit-out finished with custom joinery and furniture. The work extended beyond the walls to the landscaping, so the property was handed over complete, inside and out.

Held together by a single project-management team and closed out with full testing and handover, the villa was rebuilt to a high residential standard without the delays that usually come with a renovation of this breadth.
